These Terms apply when a user requests to claim or manage a place listed on TravelWithTOW.
1. Authority #
By submitting a claim, you certify that you are the owner, manager, authorized employee, authorized representative or another person legally authorized to represent the place.
2. Verification #
TravelWithTOW may verify authorization through:
- • business email;
- • website;
- • phone;
- • public records;
- • communication with the business;
- • documentation;
- • manual review.
Submission does not guarantee approval.
3. Accurate Information #
You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information.
4. Listing Management #
Verified representatives may be allowed to manage:
- • contact information;
- • website;
- • description;
- • amenities;
- • operating information;
- • RV restrictions;
- • pricing;
- • photos;
- • reservation links;
- • business updates.
5. Community Content #
Claiming a place does not provide ownership or control over user reviews, ratings, community photos, reports or Trust Scores.
6. Reviews #
Verified representatives may be allowed to respond to reviews.
They may not threaten users, reveal private information, manipulate reviews or compensate users to remove legitimate criticism.
7. Official Photos #
Official photos may be uploaded only when the representative owns or has permission to use them.
8. Business Updates #
Representatives may provide updates concerning closures, schedules, construction, amenity outages or other operational changes.
9. Conflicting Information #
When information conflicts with other verified sources, TravelWithTOW may retain both records, request clarification or send the issue to moderation.
10. Rating Manipulation #
Businesses may not create fake reviews, impersonate customers, purchase positive reviews or pressure users to alter honest reviews.
11. Ownership Disputes #
TravelWithTOW may request further verification and suspend management privileges during disputes.
12. Revocation #
Claim privileges may be revoked for fraud, lack of authorization, abuse or violations.
13. No Ownership of Listing #
Claiming a place does not transfer ownership of TravelWithTOW's listing, software, database or community content.
14. No Ranking Guarantee #
Claiming does not guarantee ranking, visibility, positive reviews, reservations or revenue.
15. End of Representation #
A person who no longer represents the place must stop using management privileges.
16. Acceptance #
By submitting a claim, you confirm that:
- • the information is true;
- • you are authorized;
- • you accept these Place Claim Terms;
- • you accept the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
